Lemon Pudding Cake

1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg lemon instant pudding
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup crisco oil

Beat for two minutes then add:

4 eggs beating at 1/time. Beat 2 minutes.

Bake in 9x13 greased and floured pan or tube cake pan

Bake at 350 until cake is done - apx 35 minutes

Poke holes in top of cake with tester. Pour glaze overr cake while still hot

Glaze

2 cups xxxx sugar
2 tbs boiling water
1/3 cup lemon juice

Serve plain with whipped cream
