Put in a bowl to soak while mixing the rest of ingredients:
3 cups all bran
1 cup boiling water
In a large bowl add:
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Blend to mix the add to bran mix
You can store in an air tight container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks
Bake in muffin tins, at 425 for 10-15 min
