Snackin' Banana Cake

1 Pkg banana cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 C water
1/4 C sugar
2 Ripe bananas - mashed
1/2 C chopped nuts

Preheat Oven to 350

Pour oil into a 13x9x2 pan; tilt pan to cover bottom. Put remaining ingredients into pan; stir with a fork or spoon until blended about 2 minutes. Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes

Top with xxxx sugar

Alternate

Prepare pan using 1/4 C oil. Add cake mix, 2 eggs, 2/3 C water, 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding (4 oz serving size) and 1 1/3 C drained fruit cocktail (16 oz can). Mix, bake and serve as directed above.
